Giuseppe and Maria Altivox opened the first Altivox Today pizzeria with a simple dream: to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to their new community. Starting with just four tables and a small wood-fired oven, they began their journey.
After eight years of dedication, Altivox Today received its first major recognition from the local food critics. The restaurant was featured in the city's top dining guide, bringing new customers from across the region.
The second generation joined the business when Giuseppe's son Marco returned from culinary school in Italy. He brought new techniques while respecting the traditional methods that made the restaurant special.
